The best is to trust the age-old techniques of massage – kerala ayurvedic massage therapies. Oil massage, herbal powder mixtures, herbal juices are some therapies used for Kerala Ayurvedic massage. There are different massages and durations depending on the health problem. It is also effective for people who want to lose weight rapidly. All these therapies are done under the supervision of a therapist or massage expert.
