So as you may have noticed there's a green bar added to your profile on the right.

This is our new warning system.
Basically when you fuck up, we change the bar until it's drained and you'll get your ass banned for a set amount of time.

Green - 0 warnings
Yellow - 1 warning
Orange - 2 warnings
Red - 3 warnings
Drained - Banned.

After your first ban your meter will be red all the time, unless you haven't been in trouble for a while and we'll change it back.

First you get banned for 1 day, then 3 days, then a week and then a week extra for everytime you get banned.

For a reminder of the rules...Here they are:

We personally hate over moderated boards and moderators/admins with an 'I am God' attitude, we try to run this place with freedom of speech in mind.

General Forum Posting Rules

1. While banter is expected, direct personal attacks with malicious intent will not be tolerated.
2. Any racial slur said with malicious intent outside of the Fight Room, may it be written differently or be a racial epithet will be edited and a warning shall be bestowed upon the the member in question.
3. Do not post peoples' personal information, whether in the form of pictures, names, email addresses, etc. This does not apply if you're posting personal information of someone who has already publicly shared that information.
4. No violations of the law will be allowed. Either jokingly, or by attachments. Be that in text, by video, or pictures.
5. If your Thread is locked or deleted do not post it again.
6. The Fight Room is mostly an un-moderated forum, if you don't have tough skin, don't enter. We will not be addressing complaints of personal attacks or racism in that forum. Personal info, porn, and gore still cannot be posted there, however. You have been warned!
7. We will not be moderating visitor messages, reputation, or PMs unless for extreme circumstances like posting personal information.
8. Filecabi Staff reserve the right to edit or delete any post/thread, and ban or suspend any account at any time, without warning or notice. If a member has a post edited by a mod, re-posting of the edited post or deleting of the moderators comments will result in possible Suspension of Forum Privileges or get you banned.

If you feel you have been misjudged, either send a private message to an administrator or moderator with your case, or post it in the Filecabinet & Community Help section. The staff will hear you out and consider your issue.

Video & Picture Posting Rules

1. No hardcore porn, gore, anything too disturbing, animal cruelty. Any depiction of sexual acts or any form of nakedness involving someone under the age of 18 will result in a immediate ban, and the authorities will be alerted.
2. We're not a fan of "re-post" militants. We don't want someone to hold back from posting videos, though. We may miss out on a good vid! So please try to search before posting anything that you may have a doubt about.
3. Softcore porn and nudity is allowed ONLY if the thread is either marked NSFW, or you post a direct link and warn that the link is NSFW. Exceptions apply in the Forum for Men/Women.

1. No Linking to sites which contain warez, hacking files, cracks, pirated software, viruses.
2. No Spamming. Spammers will be BANNED and their threads deleted!
3. Please refrain from quoting any sort of spam, there is no point in doing this and it just makes our job harder.

Basically it was Filecabi committing suicide.

This is a temporary set-up until techguy hands over the database of the old Filecabi so that a new Vbulletin cabi can be hosted on an other domain.

I'm buying a domain owned by Private Ale from Beercandleforums so it'll be my domain.
So I'm going to host it.

Private Ale has rebuild the Filecabi forum on a Vbulletin license he isn't using anymore.
We're basically just waiting until Techguy responds on Facebook.
