It was just traffic, like a big domino effect and I couldn't stop in time and slammed into the truck in front of me. Sucks. So bad. Airbags went off and everything!

If you run over a drunk cyclist riding on the wrong side of the road, ignoring the (no bikes allowed) sign, not having any light or brakes on his bike. using cocain and weed.

if you run him over by car. the one in the carowner has a problem and will be prosecuted by running over a cyclist.

So If you hit a bike and the guy likely dies. drive away as fast as you can, and then call ambulance... (this is what happens)

Loadrunner...the problem is if they just won't die, they will try to get you so they can let you pay for the rest of your life and beyond.

If the person dies...then it's just a fine. (90€ at most)
